Overview:
The Lead Spa Desk Agent is responsible for the guest experience in the Spa by providing and maintaining the service standards and creating a feeling of relaxation.
Responsibilities:
* Check guests in and out.
* Schedule spa appointments, in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service.
* Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products.
* Communicate spa promotions with guests.
* Must be proficient on the telephone.
* Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor during busy times.
* Train and coach Spa Desk Agents
* Book and confirm appointments
* Greet guests
* Provide Tours
Qualifications:
* Customer service experience is highly preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
* Must have the ability to stand for 8 hours per day.
* Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including AM/PM shift, weekends, holidays.
* Must be current servsafe and ETips certified for safe food and alcohol handling or must be willing to get certified prior to starting the position.
