Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with slot machines and related equipment.
* Perform routine maintenance on all slot machines and related equipment per manufacturer's specifications.
* Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with ACSC slot system and the central control computer server system.
* Install, remove, and modify slot machines and related equipment as directed, including full preparation of slot machines for play.
* Generate computer reports relating to slot performance and maintenance, as required.
* Assist with guest service problems and inquiries.
* May serve in the capacity of a traveling VGT Technician or Service Technician if needed.
* Approve/witness slot jackpots in accordance with Internal Control 465a.26.
Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age
* High School Diploma/GED; Associate's/Technical Degree in a technical or related field experience preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a technical or computer related field or prior experience with slot machines or equivalent combination of education and experience.
