Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all Electronic gaming devices. 
* Performs major and minor, scheduled and nonscheduled repairs on slot machines
*  Maintains accurate records identifying repairs of department equipment in accordance with department policies and procedures 
*  Promotes positive public relations internally and externally 
* Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service 
*  Verifying and repairing all related gaming equipment
*  Responsible for customer relations. 
* Performing repair to slot machines 
* Handles customer relations and minor customer disputes - Ensures the safety and security of all guests and employees. 
*  Other duties as assigned. 
* Use of screwdriver, hand-held radio, and other slot related supplies.

Qualifications:

* Technical background in repair w/ Knowledge of slots and related gaming equipment preferred 
*  A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. 
* 2 year's experience in slot technical field preferred. 
* Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses as determined by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for the position. 
* Knowledgeable of repair slot machine functions. Ability to read simple instructions. Ability to do some troubleshooting. Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with a minimum of errors. Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations. Good communication skills. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
*  Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures. 
* Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude. Have complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities.
