Responsibilities: - Oversees the installation, testing, and maintenance of components, sub-systems, and systems required for efficient and continuous conduction of business operations. - Responsible for inspecting and testing assigned equipment, noting all defective parts, performing required adjustments and repairs to electronic and electro-mechanical equipment, and performing preventative maintenance. - Responsible for preparing reports as required by the Company and the Louisiana State Police. Qualifications: QUALiFiCATiONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATiON AND EXPERiENCE: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Training in repair of electronic and/or electrical equipment. - Five (5) years of experience in the casino industry. - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. LANGUAGE AND SKiLLS: - Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. - Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies, or members of the staff. - Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. MATHMATiCAL SKiLLS: - Ability to perform normal mathematical computations regarding the implementation of current duties. REASONiNG ABiLiTY: - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. - Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
