Responsibilities:
* Verifying jackpots and filling out paperwork
* Responsible for customer relations.
* Performing minor repair to slot machines
* Handles customer relations and minor customer disputes
* Ensures the safety and security of all guests and employees
* Other duties as assigned.
* Use of screwdriver, hand-held radio, and other slot related supplies
Qualifications:
* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Walking/Standing 65%
* Bending/Lifting 30% (up to 75 lbs.) - Sitting 5%
* EDUCATiONAL REQUiREMENTS
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
* Six months experience in slot field preferred.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses as determined by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for the position.
* KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
* Knowledgeable of basic slot machine functions.
* Ability to read simple instructions.
* Ability to do some troubleshooting.
* Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with a minimum of errors.
* Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
* Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
