Responsibilities:

The Site Manager will plan, organize, schedule, and provide leadership for the daily operation and activities for all assigned facilities and teams.  Provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership to assigned work groups.

Salary Range: $113,000.00- $123,000.00

This position is contingent upon contract award. 

Work Model: Onsite/In-Office 

Qualifications:

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

* Partner with customer to accomplish all statement of work services. Act as Subject Matter expert.
* Manage resources for a comprehensive facilities maintenance and repair program.
* Develop and execute project goals, objectives and procedures.
* Develop and manage budgets; participate in the forecast of funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; monitor and approve expenditures; implement adjustments.
* Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; recommend, within departmental policy, appropriate service and staffing levels.
* Ensure all site meets compliance and quality regulations and codes.
* Maintain adequate levels of tools, equipment, and other maintenance supplies.
* Inspect and diagnose problems to determine corrective actions in associated trades.
* Manage resources to identify proper and correct materials, parts assemblies, and requirements for a variety of requisitions necessary for the job/task.
* Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for assigned staff; assign work activities, projects, and programs; review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.
* Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline and termination procedures.
* Prepare and present Technical Progress Reports as needed.
* Respond to emergency site maintenance as required.
* Confer with and advise other management personnel regarding maintenance projects and priorities.
* Operate customer and company motor vehicles in a safe manner.
* Adhere to company safety and personnel policies and standard operating procedures.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
