Summary
The Server is responsible for providing exceptional table service in an Asian cuisine restaurant environment. This role ensures that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering accurate orders, knowledgeable menu guidance, and attentive service, while maintaining the restaurant's high standards of presentation and hospitality.

* Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.

* Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

* Provide menu recommendations and explain specialty dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.

* Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring correct presentation and portioning.

* Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to questions, concerns, or special requests.

* Prepare tables for service, including arranging place settings, utensils, and condiments according to restaurant standards.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section and dining areas.

* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service.

* Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.

* Process payments accurately and efficiently.

* Assist in training new servers as needed.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Previous full service-dining or Asian cuisine service experience preferred.

* Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.

* Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

* Standing and walking for extended periods.

* Lifting and carrying trays up to 25-40 pounds.

* Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of tableware.
