Responsibilities:
- Assists host in seating guests whenever possible. - Greets guests in a genuine, sincere, and personal way. informs guests of Buffet layout and selections. - Retrieves guests' drinks in a quick and timely manner. - When necessary, removes guests' plateware and deposits in nearest side station. - During course of guests' stay, refills drinks before drink is half empty. - Provides hand wipes as necessary for all guests eating shellfish. - Assists other servers in section to provide a team/swarm service environment. - Attends required Quality & Training classes from HR or Training Department. - Anticipates our guests' needs as well as our internal guests. - Attends all meetings and pre-shift meetings as scheduled by Outlet Manager. - Designs and modifies as necessary Standard Operating Procedures for outlet with Director approval. - Provides harmonious working environment while being sensitive to the needs of the employees and the guests. - interacts with employees and guests in professional and consistent manner to solicit feedback on operations and execution of service delivery. - Completes related job duties assigned by Outlet Manager. - Ensures that outlet is maintained and clean during all periods of operation.

QUALiFiCATiON REQUiREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATiONAL REQUiREMENTS: - Sanitation Certified, TiPS Training. - Previous experience in a casual mid-level dining/Buffet environment and/or Casino food and beverage buffet facility preferred. LANGUAGE SKiLLS: - Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. MATHEMATiCAL SKiLLS: - Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, and percentages and apply to practical situations. OTHER SKiLLS AND ABiLiTiES: - Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. - Ability to deal with problems with multiple variables. - Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
