Responsibilities:
The Sr. Property Specialist is responsible for supporting compliance to property management regulations, contractual requirements, and company policies across the enterprise. The Sr. Property Specialist supports property management activities by assisting with contract transitions, providing training, supporting cycle counting and inventory, maintaining records, supporting audits, and providing policy guidance.
Qualifications:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Supports the administration of property management audits to ensure conformance to property management regulations, contractual requirements, and company policies
* Assist with contract transitions to include training, conducting inventories, reconciling anomalies, reporting, and validating data
* Supports cycle counting and inventories across the enterprise
* Provides oversight, support, and guidance to personnel regarding property management regulations and procedures
* Supports maintaining accurate property management records in accordance with company policies
* Provides property management training to employees
* Disposes of government property in accordance with all applicable regulations, standards, policies and management directives
* Supports continuous improvement initiatives
* Performs other duties as assigned.
