Responsibilities:

The Senior Contracts Administrator is responsible for overseeing the entire contract life cycle, from inception through to completion, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations throughout the process.

Location: Huntsville, AL (Hybrid) or Remote (East Coast)

We are seeking a qualified candidate for this position based in Huntsville, AL, with the option to work on a hybrid schedule. We are also open to candidates based remotely in the East Coast. 

Qualifications:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Negotiating non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements (TAs), proposal development, cost strategies, modifications, review and negotiation of terms and conditions, as well as providing contractual support to government clients.
* Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and the recommended pricing approach.
* Provide advice and counsel on risk issues, proposal strategies, and client and customer relationship management.
* Maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
* Collaboration with the Finance team to ensure accurate contract values, funding, deadlines, and other financial requirements are met.
* Maintaining a centralized file and documentation system for all contract-related materials is also part of the duties.
* Additional responsibilities are assigned as needed.
