Responsibilities: SAP Basis technical architect or SAP cloud architect who is experienced in architecture and design of SAP HANA, S/4 on cloud platform. In this role you will be tasked with consulting the customer, gather requirements and define solutions based on the SAP and Cloud vendor's best practices and frameworks with delivering quality. Should be proficient in latest technologies like AWS MGN, Cloud endure, AZ Migrate/ASR, SAP Greenfield, Brownfield, Migration to cloud, Heterogeneous Migrations etc. should be well versed with SAP Activate Technology/Agile for Project Plan/Technical Execution plan and work as PM during cutovers where required. Should also work as Service Delivery Manager for Managed Service customers to periodically discuss for enhancements/optimizations and convert to tasks for execution. You need to work as Lead Technology Consultant to provide technical support and guidance for the team members. The candidate will work closely with the user community, IT colleagues and clients to determine appropriate solutions, owning the process of delivery from design to implementation and support tasks. * Participate as technical architect in mid-size to large size project teams * Consulting & Solutioning. * Designing & Architecture of SAP Workloads on Cloud Platform. * Expertise in various clouds AWS, AZ, GCP etc. * Expertise in SAP Greenfield, Brownfield & Bluefield technologies. * Technical coordination & collaboration between SWO and Customer. * Effectively levering, educating lower skilled personnel in large projects * Ensure successful delivery of larger engagements with high complexity based on best practices * Infrastructure sizing, migration, integration and customization of customer SAP landscapes * Demonstrate leadership for consulting services across Delivery Functions (Plan, Build, Run) * Frequently produces content for the service community internally and externally (community, blogs, whitepapers, ...) * Work as SDM to bridge the gap between team and customer. * Act as project manager for cutovers and work as Cutover Manager where required. * Possess foundational working knowledge of general principles of SAP Technologies such as SAP HANA migration approaches, S/4 Migrations and cloud vendor technologies * Ability to lead engagement with efficient use of resources * Drive consultative selling activities within a customer environment * Advanced Consulting skills. * Customer business process analysis and understanding * Advanced business writing skills for customer deliverables * Customer solution presentation for complex solution designs (Ability to articulate the business value on complex solutions) * Identify and allocation of correct skill requirements and effectively work cross vertical * Presales support (Articulating service value in the sales process) / Up and cross sell capability * Database technology basic skills regarding non-HANA system platforms (MS, Oracle & DB2) * Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project). * Re-uses existing Knowledge Management to accelerate solutions delivery. Qualifications: * Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis technologies. * Cloud Certified * SAP Certified * Proficient in SAP Reference Architectures for AWS/AZ/GCP clouds. * Expertise in ACTIVATE/AGILE project methodology. * Pre-Sales skills. * Provide Advisory (to smaller customers) and Delivery Subject Matter expertise (larger customers) to help customers understand the value that SAP and cloud technology can bring to enable their business * Responsible for the Advisory Deliverable creation and presentation to customer stakeholders * Contribute to Design Deliverables to ensure solution implemented is aligned to required project outcomes. * Able to independently complete solution implementation for SAP workloads * Able to learn quickly and keep pace with rapid changes in the cloud space, including the introduction and deployment of new cloud platforms and tools. * Obtain and maintain platform and SAP vendor certifications. * Experience and desire to work in a technology consulting environment that requires regular up to 40% travel. #LI-MR32 #LI-rem
