Overview: Location: Hybrid, North of Pittsburgh, PA 16123 Job Type: Full Time Work Authorization: US Citizen / GC The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an SAP Finance Analyst. This individual will play a critical role in our Client's ERP/Finance transformation, supporting and optimizing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, including embedded analytics, BI reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of SAP Analyst experience and specific expertise with S/4HANA and the CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) and CO-PC (Product Costing) modules. Responsibilities: SAP Finance & Controlling Support * Support and enhance SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling processes, with emphasis on Account-Based CO-PA profitability reporting and CO-PC for product cost planning, standard costing, cost estimates, and variance analysis * Integration with FI, MM, PP, and SD in an S/4HANA environment * Participate in S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including system design, data migration validation, testing, and post-go-live stabilization * Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Finance-related inquiries, incidents, and enhancement requests * Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, leveraging S/4HANA capabilities to improve efficiency, transparency, and reporting Reporting, Analytics & KPIs * Design, develop, and maintain analytics leveraging S/4HANA embedded analytics, SAP BW/BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) * Build real-time dashboards and management reports aligned with S/4HANA Finance data models * Define, calculate, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, margin, profitability, and operational efficiency * Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial and controlling data across S/4HANA and downstream reporting tools Business Partnership & Collaboration * Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT * Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and align business needs * Build strong working relationships that promote trust, transparency, and collaboration Data-Driven Decision Support/Documentation * Leverage S/4HANA real-time data, analytics, and SAC planning capabilities to support opinions, recommendations, and business cases * Analyze trends, variances, and key value drivers impacting cost and profitability in a manufacturing environment * Partner with business leaders to use S/4HANA insights to support strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making * Maintain accurate S/4HANA system documentation, configuration records, and process flows * Support internal controls, data governance standards, and audit requirements within an S/4HANA Finance landscape * Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate processes using S/4HANA best practices and tools Qualifications: Required: * 5+ years of experience as an SAP Analyst focused on Finance/Controlling * Hands-on experience in an SAP S/4HANA Finance environment * Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA's CO-PA and CO-PC modules * Strong knowledge of BI reporting and financial analytics, preferably within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) * Business acumen; Must be comfortable collaborating with finance and accounting professionals * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex financial and operational data Preferred: * Experience that includes active involvement in an S/4HANA transformation project * SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, or Analytics * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field * Any SAP experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment * Any exposure to or interest in AI
