Responsibilities:
At SoftwareOne , we are seeking an exceptionally skilled SAM Consultant/Business Development Manager - ITAM to join our Mumbai team. This outstanding opportunity allows you to lead and craft our business development strategies in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) sector. You will be part of a world-class team, determined to succeed and compete on a global stage!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert consulting services to enterprise clients, ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements.
* Develop and propose software asset management strategies tailored to customer needs.
* Find opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
* Deliver pre-sales support, including crafting and defending proposals.
* Collaborate with business sales teams to drive growth and achieve targets.
* Keep up to date with industry standard methodologies and trends in software asset management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Srong Expertise in Software Asset Management.
* Proven expertise in SAM tools such as ServiceNow and Flexera.
* Strong understanding of software licensing and compliance practices.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) or equivalent certification.
* Experience in a consulting or advisory role is preferred.
* Knowledge of additional SAM tools and technologies is a plus.
