Overview: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: NA Other Licenses/Certifications: * Food Handlers Certification required within 6 months of hire. Other skills/knowledge: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: * Bi-lingual Experience using a multi-line phone system Other requirements/information: * Ability to read and check documents for accuracy on a daily basis Analytical skills necessary in order to modify/substitute or prepare patient meal trays when necessary according to dietary restrictions * Excellent Mathematical skills required to accurately document percentage of oral intake and calculate patient Nutrients as orders are taken to ensure therapeutic compliance OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
