Responsibilities:

Rollout, Transition & Support Consultant

Full time | Modelo: Hibrid| LATAM

Do you enjoy solving user challenges and improving HR & Legal systems used by teams worldwide? 

Ready to collaborate with global teams to test, launch, and support new digital solutions?

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage requests and incidents for the global People & Culture and Legal application landscape.
* Support the design, testing, and rollout of new features, functionalities, and business processes.
* Collaborate with People & Culture and Legal stakeholders to evaluate needs and implement effective solutions.
* Provide end-user training and enablement, including creation of training materials and documentation.
* Support and maintain interconnected HR and Legal applications, ensuring smooth system operations.
* Work cross-functionally with other IT business domains (Sales, Finance, Services, Marketplace) on shared processes and solutions.
* Ensure quality, compliance, and documentation standards aligned with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of People & Culture (HR) and/or Legal business processes within related applications.
* Experience providing 2nd/3rd line IT support, including knowledge of system processes and incident management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

* Experience working with People & Culture and/or Legal applications in a technical, consulting, specialist, or key user role.
* Experience working in an international company with globally distributed teams.
* Additional language skills such as Portuguese, German, or French.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all seniority levels globally.
* Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and empathize with user needs.
* Proactive and self-motivated, willing to challenge the status quo and suggest improvements.
