We're looking for a forward-thinking Risk Operations Analyst to extract and analyze data from multiple sources, build robust financial models, and deliver insights that shape strategic decision-making across the organization.
You'll support enterprise risk initiatives through data analysis, performance tracking, insurance program support, and process optimization. This role blends analytical rigor with innovative technology, including artificial intelligence, to help reduce the total cost of risk. Additionally, this role offers visibility across the enterprise and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:
You Will..
* Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports delivering data-driven insights into claims performance, cost drivers, and key operational risk indicators
* Prepare quarterly loss summaries and triangles for actuarial review and assist in identifying emerging trends
* Support multiple Risk Management workstreams, including:
* Generating 1099s
* Processing departmental invoices
* Administering auto ID cards and certificates of insurance
* Collecting and summarizing annual insurance renewal data
* Maintain and optimize the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) system, ensuring accuracy, usability, and data integrity
* Leverage AI and automation tools to analyze claims data, identify trends, streamline workflows, and strengthen predictive models
* Conduct benchmarking, perform ad-hoc analyses, and develop periodic reporting for leadership
* Contribute to special projects and additional assignments as needed

Qualifications:
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
* Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field
* Prior Risk and Insurance experience preferred, with strong willingness and ability to learn
* Proficiency with Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot-Tables)
* Intermediate-level experience with SQL, Alteryx, Python, or similar tools preferred
* Familiarity with AI or automation tools for summarization, classification, predictive modeling, or data extraction
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for presenting to non-technical audiences
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
* Working knowledge of Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) preferred
