				Overview:

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a highly-motivated Assistant Project Manager with a broad knowledge of procedures used to acquire real property interests for public utility/infrastructure projects including condemnation. This is a full time, permanent position supporting many projects concurrently. The successful candidate is able to multi-task and adept at producing accurate project deliverables on short notice.

Responsibilities:

* Review projects for compliance with client policies and standards.
* Build client, industry and team relationships upholding the image of client and company.
* Oversee project goals and objectives, including: technical and production leadership, team development, industry leadership, market planning and business development and project delivery.
* Ensure projects are completed within budgetary and timeline constraints.
* Ability to read and analyze engineering drawing and right of way plans.
* Be detail oriented and have excellent analytical skills to prepare compliance documentation and maintain files.
* Must be able to multi-task daily with client requests, project deliverables and staff assignments.
* Coordinate staff assignments, follow up to ensure assignments are complete appropriately, and provide support and/or training as needed.
* Prepare client status reports per client standards and deliver weekly.

Qualifications:

* Preferred NC Real Estate License and/or Broker.
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience is required in work related to right of way or real estate services.
* Power experience is preferred.
* Experience managing staff and projects with positive results is required.
* Ability to visit and safely traverse construction and project sites and complying with all applicable safety codes and requirements.
* Possess aptitude to act as a positive representative of the company and its core values.
* Must possess a valid driver license and be willing to travel as dictated by the project.
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely to prepare reports, specifications, applications, and correspondence.
* Must be knowledgeable with laws and regulations involving real estate transactions and Eminent Domain.
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
