Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and resolve software and integration issues between RMS and PMS
* Create revenue management program pricing and implementation proposals
* Participate in weekly revenue management pricing and renewal calls; shadow Revenue Manager in performance of duties
* Conduct property onboarding, remedial, and ongoing training sessions with end users and Supervisors
* Set up new properties in RMS and conduct ongoing review of new lease and renewal parameters, amenity values, lease terms, competitor data and other optional parameters
* Evaluate properties' rental revenue performance against financial objections and report on variances
* Monitor adoption and compliance
* Conduct competitor property and submarket analysis, including "shopping" the competition
* Compile and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting as needed
* Communicate with Property and Regional Managers regarding pricing changes, renewal rates and proposed property adjustments
* Prepare agendas and facilitate internal/external meetings
* Be proficient and knowledgeable on all software programs used in the leasing process at the communities and coach community employees to effectively use the systems and tools
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Required Travel

Physical Requirements:

* May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
* Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
* Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
* May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
* Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
