What You Can Expect:
Under limited supervision, the Revenue Cycle Trainer, is responsible for developing and delivering end-user training to develop competence in the use of clinical and business information systems and other computer software applications.
* Analyzes, designs, and develops training resources. Able to understand work flows and create work flows.
* Communicates with technical resources and submitters to facilitate testing and problem resolution process.
* Attends Epic system training and provide insight for policy and procedure related inquiries.
* Assists in creation and validation of training tools which support the education of system users, and in measuring user competency as well as effectiveness of the training program.
* Manages updates to policy and procedure documentation related to training.
* Delivers appropriate level of instruction and competence/evaluations required for each user. Utilizes various training modalities to accomplish training.
* Solves complex problems and seeks guidance for highly complex problems. May lead cross-functional project teams.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Experience: 2 year's experience.
