The Revenue Cycle Business Applications Analyst Lead is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, performance, and optimization of revenue cycle applications. This individual leads a team of analysts, drives initiatives, and partners with leadership to align technology solutions with business goals. The role requires deep technical expertise, operational insight, and the ability to influence change across departments. 

What You Can Expect

* Provide strategic leadership and oversight for revenue cycle application initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
* Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering professional development and high performance. 
* Serve as the primary liaison between revenue cycle operations, IT, and vendor partners for system-related initiatives. 
* Oversee the planning and execution of complex projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and integrations. 
* Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve revenue cycle performance, compliance, and user experience. 
* Develop and enforce standards for system configuration, documentation, testing, and change management. 
* Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement. 
* Represent the revenue cycle in governance committees, steering groups, and strategic planning sessions. 
* Ensure systems meet regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, CMS, and internal audit standards. 
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration. 
* Acts as the primary support contact for the application's end-users. 
* Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to leadership as appropriate. 
* May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group, may act as a lead or first-level supervisor. 
* Produce and/or analyze available data and data systems to inform recommendations and support decision making. 
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications

* Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree 
* Experience: Four (4) years' relevant experience 
* Licenses/Certifications: EPIC Application Certification
