Responsibilities:
SUMMARY: Perform all daily audits of ticketing, groups, hotel, food, beverage and retail. Provide backup to allow the Income Audit Supervisor to generate daily/ monthly journals and to assist with special projects as assigned. Accomplish daily tasks associated with reconciliation of food and beverage, hotel, and gift shop.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Process daily deposit group payments to reservation system and update contracts with payment information.
* Audit ticketing, food, beverage, retail and hotel to determine overage/shortage of cash drops.
* Monitor on-line credit card receipts and processing from reservation agents, ticketing agents, and sales coordinators.
* Audit food and beverage tickets.
* Balance and sort house charges.
* Balance credit cards and gift shop.
* Track and devise spreadsheets for promotions and pre-sold buffets.
* Tally slot club information.
* Compile daily sales report.
* Provide positive communication and use Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker.
* Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
* Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY:
Should be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Cast Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
