Responsibilities:

* Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Revenue Audit department. Develops, implements, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives. Creates effective and efficient schedules while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving deadlines. 
* Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department by providing recommendations; ensures compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reports budget concerns to manager. 
* Monitors revenue activities on the property via the exception process to ensure that all required documentation is completed in compliance with all applicable laws. 
* Develops and implements procedural policies for Audits; makes corrections or revisions as needed; cooperates with internal and external Auditors. 
* Completes journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, and produces various revenue reports and statistical analyses. 
* Creates financial spreadsheets and updates information on a regular basis. 
* Provides professional representation at internal and external meetings and events. 
* Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Responsible for the overall achievement of departmental customer service goals. 
* Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to Executive Management/GM. 
* Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Audit or similar accounting functions; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience required.
* Previous gaming industry experience preferred. 
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. 
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. 
* Must have advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, CMS, SMS, and Accounting software. 
* Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 
* Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. 
* Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret various metrics, financial reports, legal documents, and governmental regulations. 
* Must have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
