Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Admin Support to assist the Account Managers and sales team with administrative support, customer onboarding, and managing orders for Microsoft CSP and SoftwareONE (SWO) products. This role also involves coordinating with various teams and maintaining customer records to ensure smooth business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Sales & Operations Support:
* Provide operational support to Business Development Managers (BDMs) and SW&C Sales teams.
* Coordinate with the SWO GSDC team for CSP and SWO product orders, as well as managing the onboarding process.
* Prepare quotes and monthly pricing for Microsoft CSP and SWO products to be provided to customers.
* Support Account Managers with all sales-related administrative tasks, including preparing contracts, sales proposals, and order forms.
* Assist with scheduling client meetings, preparing agendas, and compiling reports from CRM systems.
* Customer Onboarding & Management:
* Lead the Microsoft CSP onboarding process for customers, offering support in the local language as requested.
* Guide new clients through setup, product selection, and the deployment of Microsoft CSP services.
* Ensure all customer information and documents are collected, verified, and uploaded to internal systems.
* Manage customer subscriptions, including tracking recurring charges and renewal statuses.
* Order Processing & Documentation:
* Process customer purchase orders, returns, and adjustments upon request.
* Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal standards.
* Track the progress of sales documents, ensuring timely follow-ups for approvals and signatures.
* Prepare specified paperwork to meet customer or internal requests.
* Create and maintain opportunity management in SoftwareONE's ONEWorkplace.
* Customer & Licensing Support:
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and any ongoing requests, ensuring timely and accurate information.
* Provide support for Microsoft licensing queries to customers, partners, BDMs, SW&C Sales, and other internal team members.
* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide a positive customer experience.
* Collaboration & Team Support:
* Act as a liaison between Account Managers and BDR teams to ensure smooth coordination for lead management and client communication.
* Collaborate on sales strategy planning by providing administrative support during client pitches and follow-ups.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the SoftwareONE Sales Director and Country Leader.
Qualifications:
What we need to see from you
* Experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.Familiarity with Microsoft CSP and SoftwareONE products.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication skills, including fluency in the local language.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
