Are you ready to rejoin the workforce and take your career to new heights? We're excited to offer you an opportunity as a Sourcing Specialist in our SOAR Program at SoftwareOne. 

This paid program is designed for talented professionals who've had a career break of at least 1 year and are eager to make a comeback.

Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

*  Scheduling interviews

*  Securing the Candidate's Journey and Experience

*  Support in the preparation of reports

*  Maintenance of the candidate database

*  Working closely with recruiters and the hiring team, to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes

*  Working with the team to manage and improve our employee referral program, including but not limited to promoting internal referral openings to motivate employees to refer candidates.

*  Hands-on experience in recruitment mechanics and behind-the-scenes work which in turn, improves the overall candidate experience

*  Participating in recruiting programs, events, and activities when needed, including but not limited to Employer Branding Program, ATS CRM management, etc

*  Participating and managing Talent Community Programs and seeking out potential candidates via Social Recruitment
