				Responsibilities:

This role supports early-stage new brand development, including NBD and additional M&A initiatives. Assists M&A projects as a project manager, supporting forecasts, goal setting, analytics, and launch timelines. Provides end-to-end support for new items before and after launch. Serves as a liaison between Sazerac and partner brands, ensuring alignment and communication. Acts as an early team member on M&A projects, supporting critical pre-announcement activities. Collaborates closely with the Growth and Innovation team to bring new innovations to market and ensure successful launches. Serves as strategic support analyst to identify key markets and initiatives to drive new growth across the US.

Qualifications:
MUST
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
* Strong customer service aptitude, ability to work with all levels of the organization from field level to executive management
* Detail oriented
* Excellent oral & written communication skills
* Working knowledge of ms office products (word, excel and outlook)
* Bachelor's degree
* Self-motivated, innovative and solution-oriented mindset
PREFERRED
* Strong analytical and technical skills
* Experience in alcohol beverage industry or cpg overall
* Distributor and/or broker sales management background
* Experience with alcoholic beverages or dsd categories
