				Overview:

As a Services/Functional Consultant, within Zebra Technologies Professional services, you will provide technical expertise through demonstrations, installation, training and maintenance of Reflexis software products, and this way meet customer needs for solutions/applications for their retail business within EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities:

* Provide pre and post-sales technical support working with the customer from prior to the sale, through delivery and installation.
* Prepare product specifications for implementation of customer solutions.
* Support the installation and maintenance of company products and ensure that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications.
* Assist sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to satisfy customer needs.
* May assist in building a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.
* Consult prospective users on product capability and provides product demonstrations.
* Build productive working relationships internally and externally.
* Present product capabilities to the customer and travel to customer site when needed

Qualifications:

* 3+ years experience working in Retail. Multi-functional teams and technology product implementations experience is a plus.
* Excellent at managing client relationships and resolve problems.
* Proven excellent consultative, listening, communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to adapt to new information and change approach to achieve objectives
* Analytical thinking & problem-solving abilities.
* Organizational skills & ability to manage multiple simultaneous project time-lines and requests.
* Excellent Verbal & written communication skills and ability to present complex technical solutions to client business users.
* Hands on experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, Outlook, Excel and Word tools is a plus
