Overview: Retail Development Trainer | Join the Honor Team Today! Are you passionate about mobile phones, consumer tech, and the latest innovations?Do you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and love inspiring others through training?We're looking for a Retail Development Trainer who can bring energy, product knowledge, and training excellence to retail teams across key UK regions. Full-Time, Permanent 28,000 to 38,000 per annum (OTE) + Company CarWorking 37.5 hours/week, Monday to FridayCovering Northampton, Swindon, Reading, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire What You'll Do: * Deliver Engaging Training: Inspire and motivate retail store colleagues with your knowledge of Honor products, turning them into confident Brand Ambassadors. * Outperform Competitors: Drive performance by ensuring Honor's products are the most visible and promoted at the point of purchase. * Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with regional contacts and retail outlets to increase brand presence and product availability. * Maximise Brand Exposure: Utilise your field and merchandising expertise to drive Honor's visibility and ensure new product initiatives are successfully activated in store. * Drive Brand Growth: Support Honor's commercial success through training, compliance, and consistent in-store representation. What You'll Need: * A full manual UK driving licence held for at least 12 months * Demonstrated passion for mobile technology and a solid understanding of the latest trends in the sector * Confident presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate a variety of audiences * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and build relationships * A results-driven mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and training targets * Good level of IT literacy and confidence in delivering structured training and presentations, including via video What We Offer: * Competitive salary: 28,000 base with up to 10,000 bonus opportunity (OTE: 38,000) * Company car and all tools provided to succeed in the role * Full training and ongoing support from a collaborative and experienced team Apply Today and Take the Next Step in Your Career with Honor
