Responsibilities: * Responsible for fostering a fun environment * Use proper sales techniques to achieve sales goals and contribute to the profitability of retail outlet. * Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the shop in order to maintain customer appeal. * Know features and benefits of merchandise in the retail shop and be familiar with merchandise offerings in all other outlets. * Follow policies and procedures that affect inventory control. * Maintain product knowledge of gaming facility events, activities, and amenities around the facility to ensure personalized guest services. * Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations. * Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter. * Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements. * Any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business, or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel. * Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Customer Service Program.
