Responsibilities:
* Responsible for fostering a fun environment
* Use proper sales techniques to achieve sales goals and contribute to the profitability of retail outlet.
* Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the shop in order to maintain customer appeal.
* Know features and benefits of merchandise in the retail shop and be familiar with merchandise offerings in all other outlets.
* Follow policies and procedures that affect inventory control.
* Maintain product knowledge of gaming facility events, activities, and amenities around the facility to ensure personalized guest services.
* Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.
* Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
* Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
* Any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business, or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel.
* Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Customer Service Program.
Qualifications:
* Must be a team player
* Other duties may be assigned
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word).
* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
* Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
