Rumfish Beach Resort's RumFish Grill & Bar, TradeWinds Resorts is seeking one part-time Retail Clerk to represent the Rumfish Beach Resort brand in the outlet gift shops.
Responsibilities:
* Greet Guests and provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
* Assist Guests with inquiries, product selection, and locating items in the store.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or point-of-sale system.
* Handle Guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including replenishing merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring shelves are stocked and priced correctly.
* Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or replenishment needs to the store manager.
* Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments, checking for discrepancies, and ensuring items are tagged and displayed correctly.
* Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, loss preventio.n, and cash handling.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
* Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and sales events to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years retail sales and service experience preferred
* Demonstrated experience as an outgoing, approachable and Guest Service Oriented individual
* Must have open availability as weekends and holidays are our busiest times.
* Proven ability to handle financial transactions accurately and quickly.
* Must be able to walk and stand for 8 hours or more.
* Safely lift and move objects weighing 60 lbs.-100 lbs
