Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat guests utilizing established guest service guidelines
* Answer phone and coordinate reservations, special guest requests, and messages
* Respond to guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
* Answer guest questions in regards to menu items, pricing, specials and promotional events
* Assist servers and bussers when needed
Qualifications:
* Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm
* Able to communicate effectively to guests, team members, and leaders
* Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency
* Able to work flexible hours: nights, weekends, and holidays
