Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
General Accountabilities:
* Aware of and able to assist in meeting established financial goals. Supervises all Drago's employees in accordance with Drago's and Margaritaville Casino policies and procedures.
* Assists in maintaining payroll controls and scheduling of employees in conjunction with business volume and established guidelines.
* Implements training programs for new employees and existing employees. Attend required Quality & Training classes from HR or Training Department.
* Anticipate our guests' needs as well as our internal guests.
* Keep accurate daily shift reports and communicate with the Manager as required.
* Responsible for understanding forecasted daily cover counts and budgeted payroll.
* Attends all meetings as scheduled by Drago's Manager.
* Conduct daily preshift meetings to communicate business volume, entertainment schedule, and Marketing information to inform employees.
* Provide harmonious working environment while being sensitive to the needs of the employees and the guests.
* Interact with employees and guests in a professional and consistent manner to solicit feedback on operations and execution of service delivery.
* Complete related job duties assigned by Drago's Manager.
* Ensure that the restaurant is maintained and clean during all periods of operation.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* Sanitation Certified, Certified Bartender, TIPS Training
* 2 years associates degree or 1-3 years practical experience in Hospitality and Restaurant Management in a high-volume operation. Degree required. Previous experience in a restaurant and/or Casino food and beverage facility preferred.
* Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
* Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, percentages and apply them to practical situations.
* Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
* Ability to deal with problems with multiple variables.
* Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
