Overview:
We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Perform respiratory procedures under physician direction in all patient areas. Responsible for patient assessments, care plans, plan implementation and evaluation and revision of therapy plan as needed. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure the most effective and efficient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Utilizes knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity in the provision of patient care. Supports the organization vision and mission and practices performance improvement techniques to assure the delivery of the most effective patient care.
Enterprise Pool Tier 2:
* Base rate + $6.75/Hr. float pool differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials.
* We have day, night, or variable of day/night shifts available at this time.
* You will be working within zone 3, our Northern Colorado region,is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within the zone (Longmont United, St. Anthony North, St. Anthony Central, and St. Anthony Ortho Colorado).

Qualifications:
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
* 1 year of respiratory therapy experience in acute care (hospital) or LTAC, required
* Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
* High School Diploma required
* Associates Degree preferred
* Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program, i.e. CoARC, JRCRTE, or CAAHEP required
* Must have current state Licensure (RLT) in applicable state of employment. Must have CRT by NBRC required
* BLS from the American Heart Association required
* Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required
* Current PALS certification required
* Current NRP certification required
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
