Position: Residential Manager
Salary Range: $73,008 - $80,606.73 annually based upon education and related experience
Schedule: Core working hours are Monday through Friday 9a to 5p, with some evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the team and those served

Devereux/TCV Community Services is hiring a Residential Manager to start in August for our brand-new STAIRS program, set to open early this fall in Homestead, PA-join us in shaping innovative, community-based care!
Position Summary:
Devereux/TCV Community Services is seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to lead operations in our new STAIRS program, an intensive residential treatment program for youth with autism and developmental disabilities. The program serves youth with significant behavioral challenges and skill deficits who have not made progress in less restrictive settings.
In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure a safe and therapeutic environment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team-including behavior analysts, psychiatrists, nurses, educators, and direct care staff. The Residential Manager is responsible for planning and implementing individualized residential services, providing staff supervision, and ensuring high-quality care that supports each individual's needs and goals.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Program Oversight: Manage daily operations of the residential program to ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
* Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and support residential staff; oversee performance and onboarding.
* Crisis Response: Support crisis prevention and intervention using Safe & Positive Approaches; ensure timely documentation and communication.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations; participate in audits and corrective actions.

Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a human services field preferred
* Bachelor's degree with at least 12 credit hours in a human services field (e.g., psychology, social work, education, counseling) and a minimum of 3 years of direct care experience -OR- 60 college credits with 12 credit hours in a human services field and 4 years of direct care experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs
* Prior supervisory experience required
* State PA criminal, FBI, and PA child abuse clearances required
* Valid PA driver's license with three (3) year driving record required.
