* Maintains and tracks records for residents, faculty and medical students that include contracts, schedules, program
evaluations, competencies, malpractice information, current DEA license, medical license, and certifications.
* Notifies providers and residents of requirements requiring renewal/recertification.
* Processes paperwork for state license and DEA registration.
* Assists with scheduling recertification for ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
* Registers and tracks participation for educational conferences.
* Coordinates and tracks in-service exams.
* Updates content on the residency program's website.
Qualifications:
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
* Two years of related experience, preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* High School Diploma or GED Required
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Adult Education or Computer Technology, preferred
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
