				Overview:

Performs logistical tasks (receiving & shipping), troubleshooting, repairs (mechanical or electrical in
nature), testing, and cleaning of customer returned products. Directly supports operational
improvement activities and implementation of cost reduction ideas.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Evening shift: M-F  3:45PM - 12:15AM

Responsibilities:

*  Acts as a SME for assigned work area. Trains employees on work process. Acts as an escalation
point for novel problems.

*  Demonstrates Zebra's core values consistently and strongly. Is seen as a role model for others.

*  Interacts with junior level staff regarding work distribution.

*  Requires ability to gain the cooperation of others to assure work is completed according to
timetables and standards.

*  May be required to interpret and frame complex or specialized information for presentation to
varied audiences, depending on role.

*  May have contact with key internal and external stakeholders in order to resolve complex
problems.

*  May network with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

*  Monitors daily operations of a unit or sub-unit.

*  May represent the unit on project teams and may perform in project leadership role on projects
of significant scope and impact depending on role.

*  Complexity of problem solving varies according to role.

*  Requires ability to assess and respond effectively to work quality and flow problems.

*  Effectively distributes work, providing performance guidance as needed.

*  Acts as a lead worker though has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

*  Provides leadership in emergency situations such as building evacuations or in cases of
employee emergencies.

*  Full knowledge of ISO requirements and demonstrated ability to handle external auditors.

*  Develops basic reports, reviews data for accuracy, analyzes data, and uses findings of analytics
to prioritize areas for further investigation to sustaining engineering or other functions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

*  High School Diploma or GED preferred 

Minimum Work Experience (years):

*  4+ Years

Key Skills and Competencies:

*  Able to work in a team environment

*  Good communication and interpersonal skills 

*  Able to follow and understand work instructions

*  Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibilities
