Responsibilities:

Are you ready to lead a global transformation in how technology services are delivered? SoftwareOne is looking for a visionary leader to design, evolve, and govern our worldwide delivery framework, uniting nearshore and offshore teams across geographies, service lines, and customers.

As the xDC Framework Lead, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, creating scalable, high-quality, and consistent service delivery across our international network of delivery centres. This isn't just a leadership role-it's your opportunity to shape the future of remote delivery and leave a global impact.

What You'll Do:

* Define and implement a world-class global delivery framework across all our centres.

* Lead the rollout, adoption, and integration of the framework worldwide.

* Drive change, efficiency, and innovation across distributed teams.

* Build a customer-centric culture and a high-performing network of delivery hubs.

* Establish KPIs, metrics, and continuous improvement programs to measure success.

* Partner with leaders across CoEs, sales, and service lines to maximize business impact.

Qualifications:

* Strategic thinker with experience in global services delivery, operations, or transformation.

* Proven ability to design and implement operating models across multiple geographies.

* Skilled in leading distributed, nearshore/offshore teams and driving cultural change.

* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.

* Experience applying Agile, DevOps, ITIL, and continuous improvement principles.

* Inspiring communicator and thought leader ready to take our delivery network to the next level.
