				Overview:

The ideal candidate will be able to-

* Physical ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
* Must be able to perform repetitive computer functions
* Shift is 8 hours from 7am-3:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch
* Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic and group setting)
* This position is full-time based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George UT (no remote positions available)
* This is not a Department of Transportation Safety Sensitive position.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for individuals who have the following traits-

* Quick learner who can retain codes and keywords
* Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team
* Self-Motivated individual who has critical thinking and judgement skills
* Experience in Data Entry is ideal
* Concern for detail and accuracy
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
* Good Verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:

As a Reliability Clerk you will be reviewing Aircraft Maintenance discrepancies for potential failure and assign a code used to identify the area on the aircraft.  Accuracy in determining a failure and assigning the proper code is important to the analysis and monitoring the health of the aircraft.  

As a Reliability Clerk your general responsibilities will be to:

* Obtain a general understanding of aircraft systems and associated ATA codes
* Gain an understanding of the definition of a failure on the aircraft
* Understand and learn screen setup in company software known as SkyTrack
* Identify and understand how to ATA code multiple record types, such as MCI, Non-Routine CAMP, DMI, EAML, STRI and MX Control
* Review MX records to determine if the discrepancy caused a failure and mark the record accordingly
* Review MX Records for potential SDR's (Service Difficulty Report) and report using the SDR reporting process
* Identify MX records with a cancel or delay and process the record as required
* Other duties as assigned
