Overview: Position: Rehabilitation Technician Location: South Portland, ME Type of Employment: PRN/Per diem Schedule: Weekdays - Varies (2 evenings until 7pm) Compensation: Starting at $15/hour (Pending Experience) Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a Rehabilitation Technician! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations. PRN / Part-time positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. We also offer our employee assistance program to part time and PRN employees. Responsibilities: * Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions * Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment * Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.) * Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * 1 Year of Medical Office Experience * Previous Therapy Experience
