Additionally, register the patient in the assigned bed through the electronic medical record system. * Create a patient/case record in the ADT registration system in accordance with established policy and procedures for inpatient services. * Obtain and verify patient demographic, guarantor and insurance information for new or established patients in accordance with departmental protocols and enter this information into the ADT system per departmental protocol. * Ensure all self-pay accounts are referred to the Medicaid Eligibility Unit to ascertain eligibility status in accordance with policy and procedure * Assist in other Patient Intake Department projects as needed and as directed by management * Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Required Education: * High School Education or Equivalent Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: * Basic Computer Skills
