Overview: Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Select Specialty Hospital - St. Louis North 63136 Located inside of Christian Northeast Hospital Schedule: PRN Day or Night 7-7 -PRN Requirement is 4 shifts in a 6 week period Compensation: $53/hour PRN Rate Competitive shift differentials for nights $7 and weekends $3.50 Sign-on bonus: $7,500 NO COMMITMENT Select Specialty Hospital, Town and Country is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. Responsibilities: Responsibilities * Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit * Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment * Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems * Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry * Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately * Competence in Rapid Response and code events * Instruct and counsel patients/families * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Valid State RN License * BLS required at hire * ACLS required at hire Preferred Qualifications: * Clinical experience
