This is in addition to our generous Paid Time Off plans! **$3.25 Weekend Differential** POSITION SUMMARY: The Hospice Home Registered Nurse provides patient centered end of life care in the Hospice Home. The RN implements the plan of care and coordinates care with other disciplines such as, social work, Certified Nursing Assistant, volunteers, chaplain, physician and medical director with a focus on symptom management and comfort for both the patient and their family unit. Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse Experience: Current CPR/BLS through American Heart Association or willing to obtain prior to hire Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: BSN Experience: Home health or hospice experience Licensure/Certifiation: National certification for Hospice and Palliative care Other skills or knowledge: Working knowledge of Epic Knowledge of state, federal and JCAHO regulations OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
