What You Can Expect:

This role offers a unique opportunity to support up to 12 Resident Providers as they rotate through the clinic in three-week cycles.

The Park Place Residency Program allows Resident Physicians (M.D. or D.O.) to build and manage their own patient panel over three years under the guidance of an attending physician.

As the Resident Clinic RN, strong multitasking and organizational skills are essential. Responsibilities include triage, walk-in support, patient education, catheter care, and assessments. This role is key in ensuring seamless patient care while supporting the development of future physicians.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM.

Qualifications:

* Education: Nursing Degree
* Experience: 1+ years of RN experience
* Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient's needs.

* Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. 

* Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments. 

* Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. 

* Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. 

* Manages care of patients. 

* Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities. 

* Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. 

* Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model. 

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree 
* RN's with less than 1 year of RN experience at the time of hire into the RN position must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (ACEN
* Accreditation Commission of Education in Nursing, CCNE -Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education) 
* Experience: 0 years' experience 
* Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
