We are hiring for a Full-Time RN with McCall Orthopedics Clinic!

What You Can Expect in This Role:

* Work as an integral part of our team in McCall, where you'll help deliver top-tier care in a collaborative and engaging clinic setting.
* As part of our orthopedic clinic, you'll help patients manage chronic conditions, recover from acute injuries (strains/sprains/broken bones), and work alongside a diverse team of professionals including doctors, nurses, athletic trainers, physician assistants, radiology technicians, and nonclinical/administrative staff. 
* You will help guide patient through surgery consultation and pre-surgical education to post-operative care.
* Observe procedures in the operating room to enhance understanding and improve triage assessment skills and patient education delivery. 
* You will perform a variety of tasks, including assisting providers brace and cast applications, arthrocentesis and intraarticular injection, ultrasound, and PRP.
* Cross train to the neighboring General Surgery clinic for department support.
* Come join our team and have fun utilizing your skills to the fullest and gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a -5p. No weekends / holidays!

Qualifications

* Education: Nursing Degree
* Experience: 1+ years of RN experience
* Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient's needs.

* Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. 

* Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments. 

* Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. 

* Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. 

* Manages care of patients. 

* Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities. 

* Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. 

* Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model. 

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
* RN's with less than 1 year of RN experience at the time of hire into the RN position must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (ACEN
* Accreditation Commission of Education in Nursing, CCNE -Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education)
* Experience: 0 years' experience
* Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
