We are currently hiring for a Full -Time (0.9 FTE) RN at Wood River Multispecialty Clinic! St. Luke's Wood River community is nestled in the beautiful, mountain town of Ketchum, Idaho. Here you will find the world-renowned Sun Valley resort, our neighboring Sawtooth Recreation Area Headquarters, and many other highly sought after outdoor destinations. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or simply enjoy small town living, this place has it all. What You Can Expect: * Support Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Gastroenterology physicians in daily clinic operations. * Perform patient rooming, including vital signs, history collection, and medication reconciliation. * Manage patient messages, addressing inquiries, concerns, and follow-up needs. * Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointments, procedures, and referrals. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30a - 5p. Hours vary on clinic needs. Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient's needs. * Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. * Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments. * Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. * Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. * Manages care of patients. * Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities. * Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. * Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree * RN's with less than 1 year of RN experience at the time of hire into the RN position must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (ACEN * Accreditation Commission of Education in Nursing, CCNE -Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education) * Experience: 0 years' experience * Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
