Overview: Position: Registed Behavior Technician Location: Libertyville, IL Schedule: Part Time Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00/ hr (pending experience) Rush Kids is looking to hire a registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in Libertyville. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis. Responsibilities: * Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers * Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA * Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members * Some travel may be required Qualifications: Minimum: * High school diploma or GED * Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification * CPR certification
