Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
To empower, inspire and lead a strongly performing field sales team across VIC, TAS and SA whilst overseeing all state-based commercial drivers and key accounts.
This role is a great opportunity for a seasoned field sales manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity. A truly autonomous role, where you are empowered and supported to manage your region like it's your own business.
Qualifications:
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, supporting & coaching the field team to ensure individual territories are managed effectively, and both individual KPI's and overall state targets are achieved
* Managing the state based relationships of all independent national banner accounts
* Supporting the team to negotiate trading terms & business agreements with key trading partners across the region
* Developing strong precinct plans by territory
* Managing state P&L and A&P and T&E budgets
* Monthly reporting on sales performance (volume & revenue)
* Monthly forecasting accuracy
* Identifying new opportunities for distribution and ranging
* Embedding the use of CRM tools and other systems

* Proven leadership of coaching a successful field based team
* Exceptional capability building skills with a love of being in field
* Excellent communication skills with strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
* Solid commercial & financial acumen and proven experience in exceeding targets
* Result-orientated and solutions focused with a customer obsessed mindset
* Highly adaptable in fast paced environments
* Intermediate MS office skills and experience using a CRM system
* Experience within the liquor or beverage industry (preferred)
