Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership and supervising the Area Supervisors in their assigned territories. The Regional Sales Manager is also responsible for supporting the Area Supervisors and Sr. Director in the successful of execution of business plans in their assigned geographic territory. Qualifications:

* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Minimum five (5) years' experience in the grocery industry. Three years in a supervisory or management role within industry.
* Working knowledge of and literacy in computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
* Ability and willingness to travel as needed, including out of town on business, food shows, and table tops.
* Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including some weekends.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be able to lift, carry and/or move up to 75 pounds. The employee is frequently required to sit. Required to travel as needed, which at times may be frequently. This work is performed in various climate-controlled retail stores, occasionally in cooler or freezer, and occasionally at a loading dock or warehouse with temperatures vary from very cool to very warm. This work requires driving vehicle daily under all types of weather conditions. The air may be dusty when dusting shelves and product. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a typical office environment and is rarely exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
