Responsibilities:

This Regional Sales Execution Manager role is built for a leader who drives results through people and execution-not just strategy. You'll lead a regional team and work closely with sales and distributor partners to ensure plans translate into strong in-market performance across our portfolio. This is a high-impact role where coaching, accountability, and execution discipline directly influence volume, share, and growth. You'll shape how we show up in market while building a strong bench of future sales leaders.

What You'll Do

*  Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable to execution and results

*  Translate strategy into in-market execution, ensuring strong visibility, distribution, and performance across accounts

*  Drive performance through KPIs and execution standards, using data to coach, adjust, and improve results

*  Build and leverage relationships across distributors and key stakeholders to strengthen execution and expand influence

*  Align with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of priorities and speed to market

Qualifications:

Required:

*  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

*  3+ years of experience leading teams, preferably in field sales or execution-focused roles

*  Proven ability to drive results through others, including coaching, performance management, and accountability

*  Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel regularly (up to 50%), and operate across a broad regional footprint
 
Preferred:

*  Experience in CPG or alcohol beverage, with exposure to distributor or wholesaler networks

*  Background in developing and executing commercial or go-to-market strategies

*  Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive team performance and execution
