As our new Regional President for the Nordics, you will be responsible for driving SoftwareOne's market leading position as a trusted leader across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland. Key responsibilities include shaping regional strategy, driving commercial growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The Regional President acts as the strategic bridge between global direction and regional execution, ensuring alignment across all service lines and business priorities. 

  

The Role

* Develop and execute the regional strategy aligned with SoftwareOne's global objectives 

* Accountable for P&L across the region, including revenue, margin improvement, cost efficiency, and investment prioritization 

* Facilitate the regional sales organization to reach ambitious growth targets, and engage with strategic customers, hyperscalers, and partners across the region to deepen relationships and drive long-term value 

* Build an inclusive, collaborative culture that reflects both global values and Nordic leadership principles, and enable strong communication, alignment of goals, and seamless integration of global service lines and delivery models 

* Collaborate with internal legal, audit, and compliance teams to ensure regional adherence to global standards and local legislation 

* Analyze competitor activity, evolving customer needs, and market trends across the Nordic IT and cloud ecosystem 

Qualifications:

* Experience leading large, international multi-disciplinary organizations with extensive management experience in the IT ecosystem 

* Proven leadership experience across enterprise technology, IT consulting, cloud services, software licensing, or digital transformation environments 

* Demonstrated full P&L ownership with a track record of scaling revenue and margins, managing complex cost structures, and delivering profitable growth 

* Highly experienced in strategic and commercial work, and motivated by building teams and business 

* Ability to ensure operational excellence, adaptability to change, and strong communication skills through their work
