Overview: Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide. We are currently seeking a full-time Regional Learning Manager to join our Corporate Team. This is a remote, work from home opportunity with travel. Responsibilities: The Regional Learning Manager will be assigned to support a region of field operations. Responsibilities include managing and supporting the development, execution/delivery, and assessment of highly effective programs supporting the areas of leadership and management development, employee engagement, and cultural transformation through skill building and change management for the designated region. This role serves as an internal subject matter expert, identifying and assessing future needs, in the areas of training they provide. The Regional Learning Manager will be fluent in the analysis, design, development, implementation, delivery, and review of a comprehensive suite of training solutions. Additional responsibilities include actively searching and creatively employing methods to create scalable results for a rapidly growing organization. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Adult Learning, Organizational/Leadership Development, or a related area preferred * Ability to identify and analyze organizational needs * Knowledge of strategic planning process, talent development, and curriculum design * Ability to demonstrate fiscal responsibility in allocation of approved resources * Knowledge working with learning management systems, strategic project/program planning, needs assessment, design, delivery, four evaluation levels measurement, cost benefit analysis, and adult learning styles * Demonstrated knowledge of employee performance standards, project management, quality improvement principles, and web-based training * Minimum five years' experience in employee training, organizational development, and/or other related experience in a mid to large sized organization * Demonstrated experience in delivery of effective and engaging facilitated learning and ability to conduct train-the-trainer sessions
